Staged Reading: Novarina

This staged reading of works by top playwright Valère Novarina will include extracts from "La langue maternelle incompréhensible" and "Adramalech". The former is a text that Novarina completed writing in Atlanta while present for the workshops that preceded the creation and Théâtre du Rêve's world premiere of L'Acteur sacrifiant / The Sacrificing Actor. The performance will precede the performance of Moi aussi, je suis Catherine Deneuve, directed by M. Warnotte.

Théâtre du Rond-Point's production of Pierre Notte's Me Too, I'm Catherine Deneuve comes to Atlanta from Paris and Chicago. This Molière Award-winning play is an "imaginative and grotesque family drama that asks the audience to explore, alongside the characters, the potent relationship between self-definition and self-determination."
